It's been almost exactly a year since my last journal post. And with my two-week holiday starting tomorrow I thought it would be a good time to make a new journal post! Yay me! Wow, looking at what I was reading, watching and playing in my last journal post tells me a lot has changed in a year. I think I'll dedicate this journal to some of the things I've read/watched/played in the last year.

Video games: The game listed was Marvel Ultimate Alliance? Wow, since then I've played Spore, Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, Pokemon Platinum, Super Smash Brothers Brawl, Pokemon Battle Revolution, The Sims 3 and Pokemon Shiny Gold (a Fire Red hack remake of Gold).

Movies: Too many to list. Most notably several Kubrick films and Citizen Kane.

Books: The Hitch-Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy series, Watchmen (technically graphic novel blah blah), American Psycho, Dracula (which sucked [pun intended]), almost finished The Call of Cthulhu by H.P. Lovecraft. But don't expect me to remember every book I've read in the last year! I intend to read American Gods and Anansi Boys by Neil Gaiman and Moby Dick.

It's been an interesting year, a lot has changed. One of many changes is my introduction to the site TV Tropes, which has begun to ruin my life, as it promised it would.

Anyway, maybe I'll make my next update before August 2010. Or maybe not. IDK.

So... yeah...
